Hi, I'm Teresa (Wai Yi) — your dedicated virtual administrator for dance studios.

After many fulfilling years as a dance teacher, I felt it was time to turn the page. Teaching gave me joy, but managing all the behind-the-scenes work truly lit me up — planning, organising, scheduling, handling parent emails, designing social posts… I realised that’s where I thrive too.

With over 10 years of administrative experience across dance, education, fashion, and small business, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for structure, systems, and clear communication. I’ve run my own dance academy, created marketing content, coordinated exams and recitals, invoiced families, and juggled all the bits that come with running a studio.

I know how exhausting it is to teach, choreograph, and handle admin all at the same time — because I’ve lived it. That’s why I’m here: to take that load off your shoulders and help your studio run with ease and flow.
